Tulum, Mexico — In an effort to consolidate the growth and sustainability of the livestock sector in Tulum, the state government and the municipality have distributed 61 support packages to producer families through the livestock strengthening program. The initiative aims to enhance productivity, improve working conditions, and stimulate the rural economy in the region's communities.

The distribution of specialized equipment in Chanchén I benefited 22 women and 39 men, who will now be able to carry out their activities with greater efficiency and less physical effort. The director of Economic Development highlighted that this type of support represents a positive change in the quality of life for producers, in addition to reducing the time invested in daily tasks and raising the quality of productive processes.

Inter-institutional Collaboration Reinforces Rural Communities

The inter-institutional collaboration, led by the Secretary of Agricultural, Rural, and Fishing Development (SEDARPE), reinforces its presence in the state's rural communities with actions that promote social justice, economic opportunities, and the integration of the countryside into regional development.

Emir Bellos, a representative of the department, reaffirmed the commitment to continue promoting initiatives that strengthen producers and their environment.

The delivery of equipment in Tulum is part of an ambitious state strategy to support the agricultural and livestock sector, understanding that its growth favors sustainable development and the well-being of the state's rural communities.
