Dinosaur World Show Arrives in Cancun With Animatronic Creatures and European Performers

Animatronic dinosaurs and performers on stage at the Dinosaur World show in Cancun

Cancun, Quintana Roo — A large tent at the intersection of Kabah Avenue and Xcaret Avenue will transform into a prehistoric world next month with the arrival of “Dinosaur World,” a family show featuring over 30 animatronic dinosaurs and European circus performers.

The show opens its season on April 1 in the same tent currently hosting the “Circo del Miedo” (Circus of Fear), which will hold its final performance on Sunday, March 8. From then on, the space will become a “Jurassic tent” where dinosaurs will walk and interact with the audience in a spectacle combining circus, technology, and fantasy.

The production brings together artists from Europe for a performance that mixes the awe of the Jurassic world with circus talent. Clowns, jugglers, acrobats, and high-impact acts will accompany the impressive prehistoric creatures as they move through the tent’s ring and aisles.

“Dinosaur World” has already toured various municipalities on the Yucatan Peninsula, captivating children and adults with a show designed for the whole family, where adventure and imagination combine with top-tier circus numbers.

To promote its arrival in the city, stickers will be placed on vehicles visiting the tent at Kabah Avenue and Xcaret Avenue on March 7 and 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Those displaying the sticker will receive four tickets to attend the show’s premiere performance.

With giant dinosaurs walking under the tent, acrobatics, humor, and a unique Jurassic atmosphere, Cancun is set to host an experience that promises to spark the imagination and wonder of all ages.
