Cancun, Mexico — The Soriana Organization has launched City Club Huayacán, its second wholesale club in Cancun and its third in the state of Quintana Roo. This opening reinforces the company's presence in the southeast of the country as part of its 2025 expansion plan.
Located on Huayacán Avenue, an area experiencing significant urban growth, the new complex encompasses 9,496 square meters of sales floor. The project represented an investment of 384 million pesos and has generated more than 300 direct and indirect jobs.
An Offer for Families, Tourists, and Entrepreneurs
During the inauguration, Yovany Lebrak, Director General of City Club, highlighted that the opening responds to the demand for wholesale shopping in Cancun. The store aims to serve families looking to optimize their budgets, as well as tourists and local businesses in need of a reliable partner for supplies.
The new club will feature specialized optics, a gastronomic module styled as a "road show" with live-prepared dishes such as paella, pasta, and teppanyaki. It will also offer a portfolio of seasonal products, exclusive items from the Member’s Choice brand, and new launches in technology and major appliances.
Omnichannel Strategy for Greater Convenience
City Club Huayacán integrates into the company's omnichannel strategy, which will allow members to shop online at www.cityclub.com.mx with the option for home delivery or in-store pickup.
"The intention is to go beyond being an ally in the daily shopping of Cancun families; we seek to become a strategic partner for entrepreneurs who need to supply their businesses and make the most of their membership," added Lebrak.
With this opening, the chain consolidates its leadership in the wholesale club model in Mexico, focusing on savings, innovation, and a shopping experience tailored to the needs of its clients.
