Cozumel, Mexico — Cozumel, the vibrant heart of the Mexican Caribbean, will transform into a hub of wellness, art, and culture from July 11 to 13, 2025, as it hosts the second edition of the Cozumel Vivo Fest. This unique celebration goes beyond a traditional festival, offering an immersive experience that blends well-being, gastronomy, nature, and community in one of the world’s most breathtaking destinations.

A Festival with Purpose

Organized by the Cozumel Hotel Association, Hotel B, and Parley, the Cozumel Vivo Fest is designed to align with global trends in experiential tourism. The event caters to families, groups of friends, and travelers of all ages, allowing attendees to customize their schedules based on personal interests.

Andrés Martínez Reynoso, director of the Quintana Roo Tourism Promotion Council (CPTQ), emphasized the festival’s significance: "The Cozumel Vivo Fest is not just a festival—it’s a response to the growing desire for transformative travel experiences. Today’s travelers seek authentic connections with culture, nature, and themselves."

Wellness, Connection, and Ancestral Wisdom

The festival’s carefully curated program features activities aimed at nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. Key locations, including Hotel B Cozumel and other iconic island spots, will host:

  • Yoga, animal flow, and sound healing sessions
  • Sunrise meditations by the sea
  • Workshops with indigenous wisdom keepers
  • Traditional Mayan canoeing in crystal-clear waters
  • Creative and playful activities for children

Flavors of the Caribbean

Local cuisine takes center stage at the festival, with Chef Virginia Rosas of Hotel B Cozumel leading a sustainable gastronomic initiative. Her collaboration with local fishermen ensures ethical sourcing, while vegetarian and healthy options cater to diverse tastes.
