Manuel Gamboa, a local farmer from Yucatán, has successfully crossbred mango and chayote seeds to create a brand new fruit. Gamboa's innovative experiment led to the growth of plants that bear fruits resembling both mangoes and chayotes.
Despite skepticism from some locals, Gamboa takes pride in his unique creation. His passion for agriculture and curiosity for new possibilities has driven his success.
In addition to his latest creation, Gamboa also experiments with different varieties of chili. His goal is to discover new flavors and varying degrees of spiciness.
