Tulum, Mexico — In full view of workers and tourists, two street vendors ended up covered in mole sauce after engaging in a brawl at the beach of Hotel Bahía Príncipe in Tulum.
The emergency call center C2 received a report of an injured man at Playa Aventuras beach within the hotel complex.
Elements from both the state and municipal Public Security Secretariats mobilized to the scene and found a person lying on the sand with a knife wound to the left ear. They requested an ambulance.
Paramedics from the 911 medical unit arrived promptly, assessed the individual, and advised that medical attention was necessary. However, the person refused to be transported to a hospital.
The officers advised the injured party to file a complaint with the ministerial authorities so that corresponding investigations could be conducted.
