The meeting is taking place at the Tijuana Metropolitan Convention Center “Baja California Center” and brings together more than 1,500 members of the National, State, and Municipal Civil Protection Systems.

National Civil Protection Coordinator Laura Velázquez Alzúa led the inauguration, highlighting coordination among Mexico’s 32 federal entities to reinforce preventive actions.
