Rev up for Motorcycle Group’s Mega Anniversary Bash!

Preparations are in full swing for a motorcycle collective's upcoming anniversary celebration. The Bikers Running collective is expecting over a thousand attendees at their seventh anniversary event, which will feature a variety of activities. The event is set to take place on June 15, starting from Kabah Avenue and ending at a resort in Leona Vicario.

The celebration will include a ride with groups from several states including Yucatan, Quintana Roo, Campeche, and Tabasco. Angel Novelo Santana, a member of the Templarios de Cancún motorcycle group, has shared that entrance to the resort will be free of charge.

On-site amenities will include accessible bathrooms, food stalls, and games for both children and adults. Attendees can also look forward to a range of motorcycle accessories for sale, a designated camping area, and a raffle for a cabin that can be used on the day of the event. The event is expected to host a thousand people, with confirmed attendees from Playa del Carmen, Veracruz, Campeche, and Mérida.

The first 100 people to arrive at the starting point for Saturday's ride will receive a commemorative event patch. Organizers are currently finalizing event details and securing necessary permits to ensure the event is legal, formal, and attended by the relevant authorities. Santana stressed that the event will be conducted in an orderly and safe manner, without any activities that might endanger attendees or disrupt local residents.

Santana also revealed that the group conducted a ride drill last Saturday in collaboration with the National Emergency Commission. As a result, the event will be attended by police officers and paramedics, and efforts are underway to secure the presence of traffic agents.

Santana extended an invitation to the general public to attend the event, regardless of whether they participate in the ride. He also announced that two rock bands will be performing on Saturday night, adding to the excitement of the event.
