This individual is accused of the crimes of aggravated equivalent rape and attempted rape against a minor.

According to the complaint filed by the child’s mother, and based on evidence gathered by agents and investigative prosecutors, the subject is likely responsible for the crimes he is charged with.

The abuses occurred since November 2015, when the victim was four years old, and then in November 2017, in October 2019, in October 2021, and in March 2023.

Throughout that time, the aggressor exercised physical and moral violence, threatening the child that if he told what happened, he would harm him and his mother.
