Grupo Piñero, through its real estate division, is persisting with its strategic expansion and service improvement plan for its luxury real estate developments in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, particularly in Tulum. The company has earmarked a global investment of over $35 million for 2024 to strengthen its offerings and reaffirm its dedication to creating high-quality, sustainable communities.
In the residential area of Tulum Country Club, Grupo Piñero has undertaken a complete renovation of La Plaza. This includes the opening of Be Gym, an investment of $8.7 million. This expansive 600 square meter space reimagines the concept of wellness, offering state-of-the-art training areas with views of the PGA Riviera Maya golf course.
In addition to Be Gym, Tulum Country Club is expanding its services with the opening of a Market Square. This represents an additional investment of approximately $1.5 million and supplements the essential services for residents. It allows them to enjoy a convenient and accessible living experience without needing to leave the complex.
Moreover, the construction of The Club, an exclusive space for owners, is worth noting. With an investment of over $5.9 million, it has been equipped with sports facilities, catering services, and a Kids and Teen Club, among other amenities that enhance the daily life of all residents.
These new features fortify Tulum Country Club's standing as a benchmark in the Riviera Maya. They join other previous enhancements such as the construction of the German International School of the Riviera Maya, located within the residential complex, and the sports facilities for the Educational Football Program in partnership with the Real Madrid Foundation.
