Unleash the Taste of Tulum: ARCA’s Epic Jungle Series!

ARCA, a renowned restaurant in Tulum, has teamed up with Niño Gordo restaurant and Tres Monos Bar from Argentina for a unique culinary and cultural collaboration. This exciting event was part of the Jungle Series, where every bite, sip, and beat was filled with authenticity and boldness.

The Jungle Series is more than just unforgettable dinners. It's an initiative led by Chef José Luis Hinostroza. The goal is to share knowledge and inspiration with other acclaimed chefs and mixologists who have earned spots on the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and The World’s 50 Best Bars lists. Chef Hinostroza takes great pride in showcasing the Tulum he experiences daily, a place rich in culture, tradition, nature, and filled with kind-hearted and valuable people.

Under the guidance of Chef José Luis and ARCA's head bartender Peter Sánchez, the visiting chefs from Niño Gordo and mixologists from Bar Tres Monos ventured to the community of Señor in Felipe Carillo Puerto county, southeast of Quintana Roo. There, they learned about the significance of Melipona beekeeping, Mayan cuisine, native plants, and the beautiful Mexican textiles crafted by women weavers from Señor and Santa Rosa. These experiences, chosen with respect and mindfulness, reflect ARCA's commitment to incorporating local, seasonal, and fair trade ingredients in their regular menu and Jungle Series dinners.

ARCA is ranked 28th on the Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants list and 37th on North America’s 50 Best Bars list. To find out more about ARCA and to make a reservation, follow them on Instagram.
