Mexico City — The U.S. Embassy in Mexico has issued a security alert for its citizens due to a planned protest against gentrification scheduled for Sunday, July 20, in the Tlalpan borough of Mexico City. The demonstration, organized by groups opposing urban displacement, has raised diplomatic concerns following previous incidents of unrest.
