The Health for All caravans, a social program initiated by the Mexican Government, continue to respond to the needs of the citizens of Quintana Roo. This week, the state’s governor, Mara Lezama, took to social media to announce the dates, free services, and requirements for the upcoming consultations in March 2025.
This program was designed to provide assistance to individuals who are unable to regularly or extensively travel to the health centers of Quintana Roo. As a solution, health caravans were established to bring healthcare services directly to these patients.
It should be noted that these free health services are not specialized; however, they can begin to help you treat yourself and give you support in knowing who you should go to for your health problem or they will refer you to a specialist in the subject to attend consultations at nearby health centers.
What are the free health services in Quintana Roo for March 2025 and what are the requirements?
If you are interested in having a free consultation for a general check-up of your health in Quintana Roo , from March 10 to 14, the health caravans of the “Health for All” program will be visiting the municipalities of Bacalar, José María Morelos and Solidaridad on these dates:
- Bacalar: In Altos de Sevilla from March 10 to 14
- José María Morelos: In Dziuché from March 10 to 14
- Solidarity: In Puerto Aventuras from March 10 to 11 and in Colonia Colosio from March 12 to 14
As for the requirements , only the current INE and the CURP will be requested. You can take your entire family to the consultation of the free service they need, since apart from medical check-ups, tests, dental consultations, X-rays and more treatments will be done for the well-being of the population.
Free Health Caravan services in Quintana Roo this March 2025
This March 2025, the health caravans that will arrive in Quintana Roo will be attending patients from 7:00 a.m., so it is best that you go early to line up to be able to be seen by a health specialist and not have to wait too long. If necessary, bring previous studies, prescriptions or any document that supports you in explaining your condition.
