The agreement paves the way for a range of strategies to create a fresh urban image, rooted in local identity. It also ensures the provision of specialized public services and high-quality construction projects. These measures are expected to enhance public infrastructure and, consequently, improve the quality of life for both residents and visitors from around the globe.
Moreover, the agreement emphasizes a strong commitment to environmental sustainability. It aims to highlight the natural surroundings and ensure that future developments, including residential and commercial areas, are equipped with infrastructure that not only meets the needs of the community but also promotes local identity.
