Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — Authorities have activated search protocols following the disappearance of two men in separate incidents during December in Playa del Carmen, prompting the Quintana Roo State Prosecutor’s Office to issue official search notices and request public assistance for their prompt location.
The authorities confirmed that both cases are under investigation and are part of the active search protocols in the municipality.
Playa del Carmen Alert for the Disappearance of Irán
The first case involves Irán de Jesús Calderón González, 29 years old, last seen on December 2, 2025, in Playa del Carmen.
The young man has a slim build, dark complexion, measures approximately 1.64 meters, and has multiple visible tattoos on his arms, chest, and back, which could facilitate his identification.
Since his disappearance, there is no information about the clothing he was wearing, so the State Prosecutor’s Office maintains his search notice active and requests any data that could help locate him.
Second Playa del Carmen Alert Report: Noé Martínez Martínez
The second report involves Noé Martínez Martínez, 39 years old, who disappeared on December 30. At the time of his absence, he was wearing a blue sweatshirt, mustard-colored pants, and black boots.
Among his distinguishing features is a previous surgery on his right leg.
The authorities reiterate that reporting immediately is key to expediting the search.
