Cancún — Agents from the Investigation Group of the Secretary of Citizen Security arrested Harold Samir "N", identified as a possible person responsible for crimes against health, during an operation carried out on streets in the municipality of Benito Juárez.

The arrest took place on Laureles Street, between an unnamed road and Acacias Street, where officers observed the individual manipulating several small transparent plastic bags containing a green herb with characteristics similar to marijuana, near the trunk of a vehicle.

Upon intervening, the agents secured a backpack that contained 45 small ziploc bags with marijuana, one medium-sized bag of the same narcotic, 15 small blue bags with solid fragments presumed to be crystal meth, and a jar containing five cigarettes made with dried herb.

They also confiscated a bag with an animated print containing one hundred small squares, allegedly LSD, in addition to another bag with pills of different shapes and colors whose contents will be analyzed.

During the inspection, two cell phones and a navy blue Seat Ibiza vehicle with Quintana Roo license plates were also secured.

The detainee and the seized items were turned over to the State Attorney General's Office for corresponding investigations.
