A court order has been issued linking Antonio de Jesus "N" to an extortion case involving a restaurant owner in Cancún’s hotel zone. This development comes after the Special Prosecutor's Office in the Fight Against Kidnapping and Extortion presented evidence of his potential involvement.

On March 5 of this year, Antonio de Jesus "N" and two associates reportedly visited a restaurant in the Hotel Zone of Benito Juarez Municipality. They requested to speak with the owner, informing him that they would be providing "protection" services. For these services, they demanded a fee of three thousand pesos.

While Antonio de Jesus "N" was discussing the protection fee, his associates displayed their weapons, with one of them even pointing a gun directly at the owner.

Following the issuance of an arrest warrant, Antonio de Jesus "N" was taken into custody. He was presented before a judge, who, after a hearing, decided to link him to the case. The judge also ordered preventive detention for Antonio de Jesus "N" for a period of two years or for the duration of the trial, whichever is longer.
