In an independent hearing, Brayan Axell “N” was processed for possession with intent to supply marijuana, while Gonzalo Arturo “N” was linked for simple possession of marijuana and methamphetamine.

How Was the Legal Situation of the Defendants Determined?

During another hearing, after qualifying their detention as legal, the judge linked to proceedings Erick “N”, accused of alleged possession of marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamine.

Likewise, an order of linking to proceedings was issued against Jhonathan Ulises “N”, accused of supplying marijuana and methamphetamine; due to the severity of the accusations, he was imposed justified preventive detention for one year.

Why Were These Resolutions Issued?

According to the Prosecutor’s Office, the judicial determinations were based on the evidence gathered during the detentions and the evidence presented during the hearings, which were considered sufficient to continue the criminal procedure against each accused.
