Quintana Roo Forecast: Cloudy Thursday With Isolated Showers and Warm Temperatures

Cancún, Quintana Roo — Quintana Roo will experience a mostly cloudy Thursday with isolated showers and warm daytime temperatures, according to the state’s civil protection agency.

The Quintana Roo State Civil Protection Coordination (Coeproc) reports that a high-altitude trough over the Gulf of Mexico and Arctic air mass associated with cold front 41 will maintain mostly stable weather across the Yucatan Peninsula.

In Quintana Roo, skies will remain partly to mostly cloudy with isolated showers and downpours expected, bringing less than 5 mm of rainfall. Temperatures will stay warm during the day, turning cool to mild overnight and at dawn.

North winds could reach gusts up to 50 kilometers per hour along coastal areas, with wave heights of 1 to 2 meters.
