Quintana Roo, Mexico — President Claudia Sheinbaum will visit Quintana Roo this weekend to deliver the first Viviendas del Bienestar homes as part of her work agenda to supervise various projects and tasks being carried out in this part of the country.
Viviendas del Bienestar is a program created by the Government of Mexico to support people in obtaining a house or apartment to live in at a low price compared to the rest of the market and without the need for INFONAVIT points.
According to information previously provided by Governor Mara Lezama, in Quintana Roo, apartment buildings with two to three bedrooms, common areas, and located near all basic services will be delivered in the municipalities of Cancún, Chetumal, and Playa del Carmen.
The president will deliver the first Viviendas del Bienestar homes.
For several months, it has been mentioned that the delivery would take place in December 2025, so the president of Mexico will be visiting Quintana Roo this weekend to address topics related to Pensiones Mujeres Bienestar, progress in constructions, and the delivery of the first 672 Viviendas del Bienestar.
These homes of the Fourth Transformation are only the beginning of the deliveries planned in the state, placing Quintana Roo in INFONAVIT statistics as the second state with the highest demand for the Mexican government’s apartments.
To know if you are one of the selected individuals, you must have passed all phases of registration and documentation submission on time and correctly. If you did, you should only receive notification from INFONAVIT to attend the delivery of the first apartments in your municipality.
Also, consider that before the delivery of the apartments, you must have chosen one of the payment methods offered by INFONAVIT and the Government of Mexico. If you have not chosen one and are already at this stage, you should do so as soon as possible to review the financing options.
