Playa del Carmen, Mexico — Despite the challenges facing the tourism and restaurant sectors, Playa del Carmen continues to position itself as an attractive destination for new investments, particularly in the gastronomic field.
Investors Trust the Destination
During the inauguration of the new Boston’s Arcovial restaurant, it was highlighted that, even with problems that complicate operations, such as the massive arrival of sargassum, investors continue to trust the destination.
“Playa del Carmen remains an attractive option to grow and develop new businesses; we do our best to maintain operations despite the difficulties,” was stated during the event.
At Least Six Large Companies to Open This Year
It was also reported that for the World Cup year, the opening of at least six large companies is expected, which would generate significant economic spillover and the creation of new sources of employment, thus strengthening the local economy.
This scenario confirms that Playa del Carmen maintains its ability to attract capital and drive business growth, even in a context of operational challenges for the tourism sector.
