Cancún, Mexico — Mexican ska band Panteón Rococó delivered an energetic sold-out performance at Cancún’s Plaza de Toros, celebrating their 30th anniversary with thousands of fans who sang and danced throughout the night.
The concert featured a career-spanning setlist that connected with multiple generations of listeners. The show opened with early classics like “Asesinos” (1999), “Estrella Roja” (1999), and “Ciudad de la Esperanza” (2004), immediately energizing the crowd.
The band continued with more recent tracks including “Triste Realidad” (2017), “Dime” (2002), “Míranos” (2025), “El Último Ska” (2019), and “Caminemos Juntos” (2007), maintaining a festive atmosphere throughout the venue.
Iconic songs like “Hostilidades” (2012), “No Te Recuerdo” (2012), and “Acábame de Matar” (2007) prompted enthusiastic sing-alongs, with the latter performed as a tribute to Mil Horas in the style of La Sonora Santanera. Tracks such as “Cúrame” (1999), “La Dosis Perfecta” (1999), and “Esta Noche” (2002) further strengthened the emotional connection between the band and audience.
The concert closed with a tribute to one of their main influences, Los Auténticos Decadentes, followed by “Vendedora de Caricias” (2007), “La Carencia” (2002), and finally “Arréglame el Alma” (2010).
The performance demonstrated Panteón Rococó’s enduring popularity and ability to bring together fans across generations, transforming Cancún into a massive dance floor for one memorable night.
