In a swift response, officers from the Benito Juárez Municipal Secretariat of Citizen Security and Traffic came to the aid of a man in the El Pedregal Colony lagoon. The successful rescue mission was initiated after an emergency 911 call reported a man in need of help.
Upon receiving the call, the officers promptly arrived at the scene. With the assistance of local residents, they located the man roughly 100 meters inside the lagoon and immediately intervened to bring him to safety.
Members of the H. Firefighters Corps also arrived on the scene to support the rescue efforts. The man, identified as A.E.C., aged 52, received medical attention and was reported to be safe.
This incident underscores the importance of trained personnel in handling emergency situations. Citizens are encouraged to follow safety guidelines and report any emergencies to 911.
