Mexico City — LIV Golf returns to Mexico this week with a four-day tournament at Chapultepec Golf Club, featuring top players like Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau, plus concerts by Los Ángeles Azules and Sofi Tukker.
The event, backed by Grupo Salinas, begins Thursday, April 16, with 57 golfers competing across 13 teams in a 72-hole, no-cut format using shotgun starts.
Tournament Schedule
Gates, hospitality areas, and the fan village open at 11:00 a.m. each day. The schedule is as follows:
- Thursday, April 16: First round shotgun start at 1:15 p.m.
- Friday, April 17: Second round shotgun start at 12:15 p.m., followed by an after-play concert by Los Ángeles Azules at 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, April 18: Third round shotgun start at 11:45 a.m., followed by an after-play concert by Sofi Tukker at 6:00 p.m.
- Sunday, April 19: Final round shotgun start at 12:05 p.m., with the awards ceremony concluding the event.
Notable Players
The field includes former world No. 1 players and major champions such as Jon Rahm, Bryson DeChambeau, and Dustin Johnson. Latin American stars Abraham Ancer, Carlos Ortiz, Joaquín Niemann, and Sebastián Muñoz will also compete.
