Human Remains Found in Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo

Puerto Aventuras, Quintana Roo — Authorities discovered human remains in the San Carlos area of Puerto Aventuras on Saturday morning, mobilizing security personnel to the scene.

According to preliminary information from the Playa del Carmen Public Security Department, police officers responded to a report and cordoned off the area to preserve potential evidence.

The discovery prompted intervention from the State Prosecutor’s Office, which assumed investigative duties at the location.
