Hot Sale 2026: Bank Promotions, Bonuses and Installment Plans Guide

Mexico City — Mexico’s Hot Sale 2026 runs from May 25 to June 2, and participating banks are offering a range of incentives including installment plans, direct discounts and cash bonuses.

HSBC offers a 20% bonus on credit card purchases when paying in at least six monthly installments at participating merchants. BBVA provides a 15% discount on credit card purchases deferred over 6 to 24 months without interest.

Citibanamex offers up to 15% bonus on installment purchases, plus special timed promotions called “Horas Banamex” with additional bonuses. BanCoppel gives up to 15% bonus with BanCoppel cards, plus an extra 5% when shopping at Coppel stores.

Mercado Pago offers up to 24 monthly installments or an additional 10% discount when paying with its credit card. Invex provides installment purchases and 10% cashback. RappiCard offers up to 12.5% cashback on selected purchases.

PayPal offers coupons worth up to 1,500 pesos in discounts and additional installment offers. Creditea provides up to 30% discount when paying through Creditea Pay. Stori offers access to installment plans and cashback programs.

What Mexicans plan to buy

According to Buzzmonitor, the most desired categories on social media for Hot Sale 2026 are:

  • Fashion and clothing (25% of mentions): seasonal clothing, footwear and accessories.
  • Technology and gadgets (20%): premium devices, smartphones and laptops.
  • Beauty and personal care (15%): skincare, makeup and hair care products.
  • Travel and tourism (10%): flights, hotels and vacation packages.

Shoppers should verify that merchants are affiliated with the official Hot Sale site and review bank terms, as many offers require a minimum purchase or prior registration in banking apps.
