Blender Jar Attack at Playa del Carmen Party

Playa del Carmen, Mexico — A person was violently attacked in the head with the glass jar of a blender in the Nicte-Ha neighborhood. The injured individual was assisted by paramedics and, following an assessment, was transported to a hospital for medical attention.

The incident occurred on Constructores Street at 20th Street in the Nicte-Ha colony, where neighbors had been socializing and consuming alcoholic beverages. The gathering ended in a brawl, during which one of the participants was brutally assaulted.

According to police reports, the social gathering spiraled out of control after heated arguments escalated into physical attacks, culminating in extreme confrontations.

Following a 911 call, officers from the Playa del Carmen Secretary of Citizen Security arrived at the scene and detained three individuals implicated in the assault.

The attack victim sustained severe head injuries. Paramedics aboard an ambulance transported the individual to a hospital, accompanied by their partner, who remained under police custody.
