Isla Mujeres, QRoo — The Quintana Roo Secretary of Health has announced a free campaign for the application of subdermal contraceptives, aimed at women interested in protecting their reproductive health.
The activity will take place from October 8 to October 10, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the offices of the Isla Mujeres Comprehensive Hospital Directorate. The procedure is free of charge and will be performed by trained medical personnel.
During the campaign, information will be provided on the use of the implant and other available contraceptive methods. Participants must present official identification and meet the established medical criteria.
This initiative is part of the Secretary of Health's actions to promote family planning and guarantee access to safe contraceptive methods in the state.
