Mexico — Eugenio Segura Vázquez, a senator for the Republic from Quintana Roo, is considered one of the legislators closest to the public at a national level. This determination comes from a poll conducted by the firm La Encuesta Mx.
The legislator from Quintana Roo, who previously served as Secretary of Finance and Planning in the administration headed by Mara Lezama Espinosa, appears as one of the best senators in the country. Only senators from Guerrero, Nuevo León, the State of Mexico, Aguascalientes, and Yucatán appear ahead of Eugenio Segura.
Furthermore, he is considered the second-best member of the upper house among those who represent Morena and its allies, parties that are part of the self-styled Fourth Transformation.
The former head of Sefiplan in Quintana Roo appears with 27.5 percent, which places him as the sixth-best senator in all of Mexico in the current legislature, simultaneously positioning him as one of the legislators with the greatest public support.
It is for this reason that in various polls, Eugenio Segura appears as one of the favored contenders for the governorship of Quintana Roo, to succeed the current state leader, Mara Lezama Espinosa.
Polls such as the one from La Encuesta Mx demonstrate that the senator from Quintana Roo is one of the most relevant political figures in the state and one of the best-rated legislators in the upper house at a national level.
