Dutch National Arrested in Playa del Carmen for Drug Possession

A Dutch national was recently apprehended in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, on suspicion of drug possession. The man, identified only as Berry "N", 32, was arrested at a bus terminal on Fifth Avenue.

During a police operation, a trained dog signaled the potential presence of narcotics. Upon further examination, law enforcement officers discovered 13 bags of illegal substances and two grinders with traces of marijuana.

Berry "N" was taken into custody in the city center following the intervention of the canine unit. This incident is the latest in a series of arrests facilitated by K9 teams in Playa del Carmen.
