"We're creating a new identity for Playa del Carmen that merges our history and natural beauty, setting us apart in numerous market niches," she stated.

As a key component of this initiative, Playa del Carmen will introduce "Magic Routes" for tourists. These unique routes aim to attract a diverse range of tourists by offering experiences such as:
