The deceased person was a man who also went by the nickname Chuponcito, who died in Playa del Carmen after being shot and becoming trapped in a fire at his home.
What Happened in Playa del Carmen?
During the early hours of Sunday, January 25, in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, the death of a man was reported after his house was set on fire in the In House neighborhood.
According to various reports, armed individuals allegedly entered the home of the man nicknamed Chuponcito to shoot him and subsequently burn his house.
After the fire, the man died due to burns, as well as wounds caused by bullet impacts, which worsened his condition.
