Cancún Offers Free Beach Weddings for Valentine’s Day 2026

Cancún's 2026 Collective Weddings program announcement at Playa Delfines

CANCÚN, QR. — The Benito Juárez City Council has launched the call for participation in Collective Weddings 2026, a program that seeks to provide legal certainty and strengthen the family nucleus, announced municipal president Ana Paty Peralta.

The mayor emphasized that Collective Weddings 2026 will be celebrated on February 14, coinciding with Valentine’s Day, with a ceremony scheduled at Playa Delfines, one of Cancún’s emblematic sites, thanks to support from the Benito Juárez DIF System and the Civil Registry Directorate.

Ana Paty Peralta underscored that this Collective Weddings 2026 program represents an opportunity for couples to formalize their union free of charge, in a symbolic setting facing the Caribbean Sea, thereby strengthening legal and family bonds.

Accompanied by Benito Juárez DIF director Marisol Sendo Rodríguez and Civil Registry head Eduardo Kuyoc Rodríguez, she announced that registration for Collective Weddings 2026 will take place from January 9 to 30, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Municipal DIF facilities located in Supermanzana 94.
