Cancún, Quintana Roo — Authorities have found the body of Jonathan Elliot Carrillo Alanís, a 39-year-old Mexican man who was reported missing in Cancún on March 17. His search case has now been closed.
Carrillo Alanís was described as having dark skin, a slim build, dark brown eyes, and being bald. He stood 1.78 meters tall and weighed approximately 70 kilograms.
He had several distinctive tattoos: a Goku figure on the left side of his neck, the word “Tiannah” on his left arm, “Gabi” on his ring finger, and a woman drinking on his right leg. Additional markings included a Skeletor tattoo on his right hand, the name “Camila” on his right arm, a 3-centimeter scar on the back of his head, and another scar on his left shin. When he disappeared, he was wearing a camouflage shirt, black shorts, and white and yellow sneakers.
In a separate case announced the same day, officials also confirmed the remains of Luis Manuel Bah Chablé, a 26-year-old Mexican man last seen on December 8, 2025, in Benito Juárez municipality. His search case has also been closed.
Bah Chablé had light brown skin, a robust build, dark brown eyes, and short, straight black hair. He was 1.50 meters tall and weighed about 65 kilograms. He had a Santa Muerte tattoo on his chest, a star with the letter “D” on his right ankle, a scar near his left eye, and a mole on his left cheekbone.
Both men had been reported missing in Cancún in recent months and were found deceased.
