Bacalar, Quintana Roo — All 13 men reported missing in the municipality of Bacalar have been found alive, officials confirmed Wednesday.
The Quintana Roo Peace and Security Coordination Group said the men were located early Wednesday during a search operation coordinated by federal, state and municipal authorities. They were found in good health and have been turned over to the State Prosecutor’s Office, where investigators are working to determine what happened.
The circumstances surrounding the group’s disappearance remain under investigation.
