Aleks Syntek, Grupo Mojado Headline Free Feria del Carmen 2026 in Playa del Carmen

Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — Playa del Carmen has unveiled the official program for the Feria del Carmen 2026, a week-long celebration featuring free concerts by Aleks Syntek, Grupo Mojado, Rich Mafia, Cachirula, and Loojan, along with amusement rides, gastronomy, cultural activities, and the traditional procession of the Virgen del Carmen. The fair will run from July 10 to 16, bringing together more than 500 local, national, and international artists and offering free activities for residents and tourists.

According to the program presented by the Playa del Carmen City Council, festivities will begin on July 10 with an inaugural ceremony featuring the Orquesta Jaranera del Mayab, the State Youth Ballet Folklórico, and Las Hermanitas Pech Bolio. Throughout the week, there will be folk ballet performances, mariachi bands, dance groups, local artists, comedians, and family-friendly shows.

Headline concerts will take place each night at 9 p.m. Rich Mafia performs on July 11; Grupo Mojado on July 12; Cachirula and Loojan on July 14; and Aleks Syntek, one of the most anticipated acts, closes the musical lineup on July 15.

The fairgrounds will open daily at 6 p.m. with amusement rides, recreational activities, exhibitions, and a wide variety of food options, creating a space for families, residents, and visitors to gather throughout the seven-day event.

On July 16, the main day of the celebration, religious events honoring the Virgen del Carmen, patron saint of Playa del Carmen, will take place. The day includes a thanksgiving Mass, the traditional procession through the city streets, a maritime procession with the Virgin’s image, a solemn Eucharist presided over by the bishop, and the start of the traditional vaquería, one of the region’s most representative cultural expressions.
