The VII AMPI Mérida Real Estate Forum 2024, themed "Shaping the Future of the Sector," is set to take place on September 26. The event aims to professionalize its participants, tackle upcoming challenges, and circumvent prevalent issues in the industry. The forum will be held at La Isla Auditorium and is part of a strategy to establish the event as a leading forum for real estate consultants and the public interested in the sector.

The forum will run for a full day, from 8:00 to 20:00. The program includes conferences and panel discussions featuring industry specialists. "We are offering 12 hours of invaluable content. Our goal is to equip our industry with current knowledge and information. We've conducted a thorough selection process for our speakers to ensure that our attendees are hearing from the best," said Iván Cervera López, president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI) Mérida.

Cervera López added, "Our primary goal in organizing these events is to provide valuable content. We are addressing many issues that currently create uncertainty in our industry, such as urbanism, which has a significant impact on the growth of our city and state. As an association, we promote orderly, responsible, and sustainable growth."

Last year, the forum welcomed 850 attendees. This year, the goal is to reach 900 attendees, primarily from the Yucatan Peninsula. However, confirmations have already been received from representatives across the Republic. "At AMPI, we aim to professionalize the sector, and this forum will significantly contribute to that goal," said Jonathan McKonkey Ojeda, director of the meeting.

Highlighted conferences include "The Real Estate Race: From Consultant to Company" by Luis Arredondo, "Challenges and Opportunities in the Current Economic Juncture" by Alejandro Padilla, and "Earn Money with Your Personal Brand" by Raúl Alberti. Other notable sessions include "Being a Top Agent Without Losing Your Personal Life" by Brenda Howard, and "Building Dreams" by Brando Angulo.

The forum will also focus on "Urbanism" as a key aspect of orderly growth, "Master Broker" addressing the primary challenges for Yucatán projects' commercial management, and "Regulating the Future: New Paradigm of Real Estate Laws in the State."
