Stepfather kills 10-year-old girl in Cancún home

Cancún, Mexico — A man sexually assaulted and fatally stabbed his 10-year-old stepdaughter inside their home in Cancún’s Region 93, near the local ISSSTE clinic, authorities reported. The victim’s mother discovered the girl’s lifeless body upon returning from work, alongside the suspect, who was asleep, partially undressed, and allegedly intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
