Seven drug dealers arrested in Quintana Roo operations

Puerto Morelos. As a result of operations by the Security Table, personnel from the State Attorney General’s Office, in coordination with the Secretary of the Navy and Municipal Police, arrested seven people in flagrante delicto for their alleged involvement in crimes against health in the modality of drug dealing, in this municipality, Isla Mujeres and Benito Juárez.

In a first action, Vicente Alejandro “N”, Ernesto “N”, Diego Armando “N” and Luis Ángel “N” were intercepted while handling green and dry herb with characteristics similar to marijuana, on 8th Street between 7th Street and an unnamed street in the Invasión neighborhood of Puerto Morelos.

Likewise, in the municipality of Isla Mujeres, agents detained Noé Israel “N” and Cynthia Daneli “N”, on Rueda Medida Avenue, corner with Bravo Street, in the municipality of Isla Mujeres. The male was found with green and dry herb resembling marijuana and a cell phone, while the woman had doses of crystalline substance with the characteristics of the drug known as crystal.

In the municipality of Benito Juárez, agents detained Axel Abizael “N”, who among his belongings carried doses of green and dry vegetable similar to marijuana and white fragments with the characteristics of the drug known as rock.

After completing the required procedures, the detainees, along with the secured evidence, were placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, to compile the corresponding investigation files; within the legal term, they will determine the legal situation of the seven people.
