Quintana Roo Weather: Cloudy Tuesday With Isolated Showers as Cold Front 35 Moves

Weather map showing Cold Front 35 moving across Mexico

Cancún, Quintana Roo — Quintana Roo will experience a hot, partly cloudy day with isolated showers on Tuesday as Cold Front 35 moves across Mexico, according to state and federal weather agencies.

The Quintana Roo State Civil Protection Coordination (Coeproc) reported that an anticyclonic circulation in the mid-levels of the atmosphere over most of the country will maintain generally stable conditions. However, moisture from the Caribbean Sea will lead to partly cloudy skies with increasing cloud cover throughout the day in Quintana Roo.

Isolated showers with accumulations of less than 5 mm are forecast, along with a hot daytime environment and wind gusts of up to 40 km/h.

Coeproc stated that Cold Front 35 is moving over northwestern and northern Mexico.
