Quintana Roo — Mobile health caravans are providing free medical services in three municipalities across Quintana Roo through March 20 as part of the state government’s outreach program to underserved communities.
The “Health for All” caravans, organized by the administration of Governor Mara Lezama, bring comprehensive medical services to areas with limited access to hospitals and healthcare centers. The program aims to improve medical access throughout the state, particularly in remote regions.
Service Locations and Schedule
From March 15-20, the mobile health units will operate in the following municipalities:
- José María Morelos: March 16-20 at La Presumida community dome
- Puerto Morelos: March 16-20 at Leona Vicario, Domo El Cenote
- Othón P. Blanco: March 16-20 at Xcalak basketball court
Services are available daily from 7:00 a.m. to all residents who present their CURP (Unique Population Registry Code) or INE (National Electoral Institute) identification card.
Available Services
The caravans offer primary healthcare services and general medical assessments to help residents manage basic health conditions. Medical staff can refer patients to specialists when needed.

- Comprehensive medical care
- Clinical laboratory testing
- Mammography
- Chest X-rays
- Electrocardiograms
- Bone density scans
- Pelvic and obstetric ultrasound
- Dental care
- Vision and hearing screening
- Nutrition counseling
- Psychological support
- Assistance for violence victims
- Ambulance transport
- Pharmacy services
