Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo — State deputy and leader of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM) in Quintana Roo, Renán Sánchez Tajonar, held a meeting with the “green family” in the Villas del Sol neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, where he highlighted the growth, proximity, and results that the party has consolidated throughout 2025.

During the meeting, Renán Sánchez Tajonar emphasized that the Green Party now exceeds 75,000 members in Quintana Roo, reflecting permanent work in the territory and a living structure that listens to and attends to citizens. He stressed that, thanks to this closeness, solutions have been provided to more than 80 percent of citizen requests made in neighborhoods across various municipalities in the state.

“The Green Party is a party that walks through neighborhoods, that listens, and that delivers. The transformation must continue, and we will do it together, with organization, commitment, and results,” stated Renán Sánchez Tajonar before militants and supporters gathered in Villas del Sol.

The meeting allowed for direct dialogue with residents about the main needs of the neighborhood, as well as reaffirming the Green Party’s commitment to continue working locally to improve the quality of life for Quintana Roo families, with a close and sensitive political approach.

Renán Sánchez Tajonar thanked Mr. Baltazar Sulub for opening the doors of his home and serving as host of the meeting, recognizing his willingness to strengthen community organization and the territorial work that distinguishes the Green Party.

With actions on the ground and an increasingly solid structure, Renán Sánchez Tajonar reiterated that the Green Party reaffirms its commitment to continue being an ally of the people and a key actor in the continuity of Quintana Roo’s transformation.
