The Maya Train station in Valladolid is not yet fully completed, but it's already operational and generating profit. Even with ongoing construction, passengers are able to board the train and travel to other destinations along the route. This is particularly popular among families who are currently enjoying their summer vacations.
During a recent tour of the station, it was evident that construction workers were still active in various parts of the building, focusing on finishing touches. Station employees confirmed that they are working on details such as paving the parking lot sidewalks. Additionally, plans are in place to install glass panes on the second floor, filling the spaces between the arches.
However, not all aspects of the station are fully functional yet. The shops and businesses that have been granted concessions within the station are not yet operational, with the exception of a single convenience store.
