A man tragically passed away from a heart attack on Tuesday afternoon in Playa del Carmen. The incident occurred while he was in a motel room in the Ejido neighborhood, the central city of Solidaridad. The event took place on December 10th at the "Sixth Sense" motel, shortly after 3:00 pm.
The woman who was with the man at the time of the incident alerted motel staff, who promptly dialed the emergency services. Upon receiving the call, officers from the Solidaridad Municipal Police arrived at the scene on Constituyentes Avenue. They secured the area and waited for the arrival of paramedics.
Upon their arrival, the paramedics confirmed that the man had unfortunately passed away. They subsequently requested assistance from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) of Quintana Roo.
Forensic Medical Service (Semefo) experts were dispatched to the scene. They took responsibility for collecting the man's remains and transporting them to the morgue. An autopsy will be performed to officially determine the cause of death, which is believed to be a heart attack that occurred during an intimate encounter with a woman in the motel.
