Cancún, Quintana Roo — A man lost his life tragically after armed individuals shot him at least ten times in Cancún. Authorities took charge of the case.
The incident occurred around 7:11 p.m. on Galaxias Avenue, where a man walking calmly in the area was subdued and attacked to death.
Neighbors who heard the gunfire reported the alleged armed attack to authorities via 911. For this reason, municipal police officers arrived as first responders and discovered an injured person.
Upon approaching the victim, they realized he no longer showed vital signs, so the area was immediately cordoned off to prevent contamination of the crime scene.
Within minutes, criminal investigators arrived to handle the removal and transfer of the body to the forensic medical service.
At the moment, there are no details about the attackers or the reasons that led them to commit this brutal attack against the deceased.
