IX Edition of Caribe Soccer Cup Cancun 2026 Announced

Cancun, Quintana Roo — The ninth edition of the Caribe Soccer Cup Cancun 2026, a traditional amateur soccer tournament, will take place from Wednesday, July 22 to Sunday, July 26 at the Deportivo Viany sports complex on Avenida Lopez Portillo, near the road to Merida.

Organizers Salvador Cervantes, Luis Aguirre, and Isidro Ramirez announced that the tournament will feature two formats: eight-a-side and eleven-a-side. The eight-a-side competition includes categories for Inicial (birth years 2020-2021), Infantil Menor (2018-2019), Ninos Heroes (2016-2017), and Infantil Mayor (2014-2015). The eleven-a-side format will have Juvenil Menor (2012-2013) and Juvenil Mayor (2010-2011) categories.

In addition to the main venue at Deportivo Viany, matches will also be held at a field in the Region 221 neighborhood to accommodate the schedule.
