Chetumal, Mexico — Governor Mara Lezama Espinosa has announced the expansion of the Sian Ka'an – Las Américas route in Chetumal, an action intended to strengthen urban mobility and improve public transportation for the benefit of thousands of families in the state capital.
Enhanced Connectivity and Benefits for Chetumal Residents
According to the official announcement, the expansion of this route will positively impact more than 45,000 people, offering a safe, comfortable, and accessible service. The expansion also includes 18 points of interest, which will allow for more efficient connections between various zones of the city.
Governor Lezama highlighted that this project is part of the comprehensive mobility strategy promoted by the State Government, which seeks to provide dignified and sustainable transportation to citizens.
To facilitate user adaptation, the service will be completely free from November 3 to November 9, with the goal of promoting the use of this route and supporting family economies.
