Tulum, Mexico — Four individuals have been formally charged in connection with separate homicides in Tulum after judges found sufficient evidence presented by the State Prosecutor’s Office.
The judicial authority ordered criminal proceedings against Raúl “N,” known as “Negro”; Luis Mario “N,” alias “Cali”; Emilio Mijail “N,” called “Veneno” or “Homero”; and Sheila Yuritza “N.” All are linked to high-impact crimes in the municipality, with victims’ identities remaining confidential.
January Drug-Related Killing
In the first case, the three men face charges of aggravated homicide for events on January 8 of this year. According to investigations, they met with others to plan the killing of a drug dealer from a rival criminal group identified as a source of violence.
In the early hours of January 9, the victim was shot dead with a firearm.
November Bar Incident
In a separate Tulum incident, Sheila Yuritza “N” was charged with aggravated homicide for the killing of an unidentified man on November 21, 2025. The State Prosecutor’s Office noted that for this same homicide, Emmanuel “N,” alias “Gordo,” and Mauricio de Jesús “N,” alias “Zombi,” had already been charged on December 5, 2025, as part of the same investigation.
