Forbes: Claudia Sheinbaum is World’s 5th Most Powerful Woman

The prestigious magazine Forbes has placed President Claudia Sheinbaum as the fifth most powerful woman in its ranking of the “100 Most Powerful Women in the World.”

The outlet highlighted that the Mexican leader is at the center of North America’s manufacturing transformation.

“The relocation places the President of Mexico, Claudia Sheinbaum (No. 5), at the center of North America’s manufacturing transformation,” the magazine noted.

In first place was the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, followed by Christine Lagarde, the President of the European Central Bank.

Similarly, in third place is Sanae Takaichi, Prime Minister of Japan, while Giorgia Meloni climbed to the fourth position in the ranking.

Below President Claudia Sheinbaum are leaders such as: Julie Sweet, CEO of Accenture; Mary Barra, CEO of General Motors (GM); and Jane Fraser, CEO of Citigroup.
