A clothing and novelty store in Tulum was engulfed by a devastating fire in the early hours of Saturday. The store, located on Sol Street, nestled between Jupiter and Aquarius, near Maya Court, was completely consumed by the flames.
Fire and Civil Protection teams arrived at the scene to find the business already ravaged by the fire. Despite their best efforts, they were unable to save the store. The fire had already destroyed everything, from clothing and toys to various other items.
The incident has left the family who owned the store without their source of income. The local community rallied around them, offering water, comfort, and support in the wake of the disaster.
Authorities have begun investigations into the cause of the fire. They are currently considering all possibilities, including electrical failures or potential oversights within the store.
